Orders & Acceptance
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Acceptance of your order occurs once the order has been processed and dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times provided are estimates only. CHIVATARA Collection is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances once the order has been dispatched.
