Order Processing
Shipping Within Australia
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
We currently ship within Australia. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. All prices are displayed in AUD and include GST.
International Shipping
Delivery Delays
At this time, international shipping is not available. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to expanding our reach in the future.
While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, CHIVATARA Collection is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
Incorrect Address
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at info@ChivataraCollection.com within 48 hours. Please include your order number and clear photos of the packaging.
Please ensure all shipping details are correct. CHIVATARA Collection cannot be held responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Authority to Leave
If you choose an authority-to-leave option, CHIVATARA Collection is not responsible for parcels once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
